Community Stroke Hub: Our Ethos

We hope this hub provides a calm and reflective alternative to the fast-paced and bewildering nature of other information sources.

Our resource pages include core digital tools and guidance to facilitate delivery of remote stroke rehabilitation during COVID-19. The evidence base, usability, information governance and cyber safety have been considered to help you in your work with stroke survivors.

Our community of practice offers you the option to connect with other practitioners – to chat, share learning or to showcase innovation.

It is important to us that we engage people less confident with the digital world or who would normally shy away from engaging online.

We want to reach out to every hardworking and dedicated person working in community stroke care and help them do their job during COVID-19.
