A very useful session, providing overview of principles and opportunity to discuss and reflect on the challenges and opportunities of facilitating co-design.
It was probably the best practical example of what good co-design facilitation looks like.
There was rich discussion between the facilitators and the other people in the session – lots of points I hadn’t considered but are really important to think about.
It was very helpful that the session facilitators demonstrated many of the strategies that were being discussed in terms of including content to put the group at ease, building rapport, demonstrate active listening etc.
We had great discussions in the breakout rooms where people shared their real-life examples of some of the things talked about – around active listening, questioning, difficult situations.
It was all relevant. The session was really well run.
It was really good to have a collection of agreed perspectives and tools.
